Application Instructions:

Because of the the extremely personal nature of the Erotic Dominance Intensives, we want to create a cohesive group experience and have a compatible mix of students.

To attend one of our weekend courses you therefore need to:

1. Send us an Application Form;

2. Have a phone conversation with Ms. Cleo Dubois;

3. When accepted in a class, submit an Enrollment Form and your deposit.

Please note that there is a separate application form for each intensive:

Once I have received your application we will discuss the intensive more fully over the phone; this will allow you a chance to ask any and all questions and for us to decide if a particular course is right for you.

Enrollment:

Please do NOT send the enrollment form and registration fee until we have spoken with each other over the phone and you have decided to enroll. If you wish to know more about the curriculum, please call me weekday afternoons at 650-322-0124.
